Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

On a weekly basis, Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic is proud to sponsor the "20 Questions" that will feature a high school student-athlete in the local Catholic high school community. Colleges considering or attending: I am looking at a wide variety of schools.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? My proudest athletic moment was attaining a world trials cut in the 200 backstroke last summer.  It was actually a faster time than the 2012 US Olympic Trial Cut.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Subway.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? N/A.

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? The athlete I look up to the most would be Michael Jordan, he is simply the most competitive athlete across any sport.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? My favorite movie quote is from the movie Braveheart where the actor Mel Gibson screams "Freedom!!!!!!!"

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? N/A.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? I am a Sponge Bob fan.

8. All-time favorite board game? I don't play board games, but I like Texas Hold'em and spades.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? Iphone, twitter.

10. What is your favorite local (non-chain) restaurant? My favorite local restaurant is Pat's Steakhouse.  My family goes there to celebrate all birthdays!

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? I don't watch reality TV.

12. What is your greatest fear? I hate heights.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? My best quality is my ability to rally people around a common cause. I am also a very goal oriented person.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? I love going to Barbara Lee's after a hard 5:00 AM workout and eating waffles and bacon or going  to Plehn's and getting chocolate donuts.

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? N/A.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? I don’t have one.

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? My favorite place to volunteer was the Cathedral of the Assumption where I helped out in the soup kitchen.  I enjoyed getting to know some of the people we served there as well as the amazing people who work there every day and bring a smile to what they do.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? I can eat a triple hamburger in under a minute.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? I would travel backwards to meet my paternal great grandfather. He was a POW in World War II and escaped from a camp in Italy after being captured in North Africa.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would love to ask my great grandfather how he found the courage to escape.
