Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

Bio: My name is Tori Lasley and I'm a senior at Mercy Academy and play softball there and was a part of the state championship team my sophomore year. I will attend the University of Kentucky in the fall where I will major in Civil Engineering.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? Winning the 2012 KHSAA Softball State Championship.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Fruit.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? "Our Song" by Taylor Swift.

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? Michael Kidd Gilchrist, because he is always working hard and he is fun to watch.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “I figure life's a gift and I don't intend on wasting it. You don't know what hand you're gunna get dealt next. You learn to take life as it comes at you... to make each day count.” -Titanic

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? I pray before every game and always thank God for allowing me to play a sport I love.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Scooby-Doo.

8. All-time favorite board game? Trouble.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone and Flappy Bird.

10. What is your favorite local (non-chain) restaurant? Louisville Pizza Company.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? Keeping up with the Kardashians.

12. What is your greatest fear? Public speaking.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? My best quality is my determination and focus in sports and school.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Chocolate.

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? 8 at night, because that is when I finally get to lay down, watch Netflix, and relax after a long day.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Tor, Torrence, Tormador, Toribell and many more. I get all my nicknames from my teammates.

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? St. Vincent DePaul.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? I can write my name in Japanese.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one ­ to travel forward or backward ­ which would you select and why? I love history and learning about the past, so I would definitely have to say travel backward.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would ask OJ Simpson if he did it.
