Five of our nine Louisville Catholic Sports Network track and field teams made this week’s KYTrackXC.com rankings.

Four of our five girls’ teams are ranked. Sacred Heart (5) and Assumption (8) are ranked in Class 3-A, while Holy Cross (5) and Presentation (9) are ranked in Class A.

St. Xavier -- No. 1 in Class 3-A -- is the lone LCSN team ranked among the boys. However, Trinity has flirted with the rankings all season.

Class 3-A: 1. St. Xavier, 2. Henry Clay, 3. North Hardin, 4. Male, 5. (tie) Bryan Station, Lafayette, 7. Ballard, 8. (tie) Pulaski County, Paul Dunbar, Madison Central.

Class 2-A: 1. Paducah Tilghman, 2. Highlands, 3. Elizabethtown, 4. Covington Catholic, 5. South Warren, 6. North Oldham, 7. Boyle County, 8. Western Hills, 9. Bardstown, 10. Ashland Blazer.

Class A: 1. Bishop Brossart, 2. Fort Knox, 3. Murray, 4. Walton-Verona, 5. Green County, 6. Danville, 7. Raceland, 8. Newport, 9. St. Henry, 10. Villa Madonna.

GIRLS

Class 3-A: 1. Bryan Station, 2. North Hardin, 3. Male, 4. Central, 5. Sacred Heart, 6. Oldham County, 7. Tates Creek, 8. Assumption, 9. Bowling Green, 10. Scott County.

Class 2-A: 1. Lexington Catholic, 2. North Oldham, 3. Boyle County, 4. Highlands, 5. John Hardin, 6. Western Hills, 7. Christian Academy, 8. Fort Campbell, 9. Rockcastle County, 10. Elizabethtown.
