Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.      

On a weekly basis, Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic is proud to sponsor the "20 Questions" that will feature a high school student-athlete in the local Catholic high school community. 1. What is your proudest athletic moment? Hitting back to back homeruns against Bethlehem in the Meade County tournament.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Beefy jerky & almonds.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? Get Me Some of That –Thomas Rhett.

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? Ryan Iamurri. I admire her determination to come back after a terrible injury this past season. She tore her ACL and returned to the field weeks later. She played in the World Series this season and that shows to me anything is possible if you work hard and never give up.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “Left side, strong side!” – Remember the Titians.

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? My faith allows me to push forward each day. I have the power to determine my success in my competitions. By having a strong amount of faith in myself, that will allow me to be successful.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Buttercup (Powderpuff girls).

8. All time favorite board game? Candyland.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone, Itube.

10. What is your favorite local (non chain) restaurant? Christi’s Café.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? Kansas City SWAT.

12. What is your greatest fear? Losing my friends and family.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? Personality.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Blueberry muffins

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? 12:00 a.m. because it is the start of a new day.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Carol. It’s a shorter version of my name and my teammates started calling me it.

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? Harbor House.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? Arts & Crafts.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? Backwards. I would like to see what life was like before I was born.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? Anne Frank. I would like to ask her what kept her motivated through such a hard time in her life.
