Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment?  When the team won the Salt River Electric Holiday Classic in Spencer County over the 2013 Christmas break.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? The team usually goes to eat together at Panera or McAlister’s before every game.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? Live like you were dying - Tim McGraw.

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? The Schimmel sisters because they played at the University of Louisville and I used to go and watch them play.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “It doesn't matter. It’s in the past.” – Rafiki, The Lion King

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? My faith keeps me on task and reminds me nothing comes easy, but I always have someone to fall back on.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Stitch.

8. All-time favorite board game? Monopoly.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone, Snapchat.

10. What is your favorite local restaurant? Impellizzeri's.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? One Tree Hill.

12. What is your greatest fear? Needles.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? I'm determined and hardworking.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Peanut Butter.

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? 6 p.m. because I’m done with practice and I get to go home from Pres after being there since 7:30 a.m.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Most people call me by my last name, Schroeder, if not, they’ll call me Emily.

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? WaterStep.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? Photography.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? My wedding because who wouldn't want to be a princess twice.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would ask my grandpa Mattingly if our family carried on without him like the way he would have wanted us too.
