Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

Current Sports playing: Volleyball

Parish/grade school attended: St. Bernard  

Colleges considering or attending: Committed to Georgetown College.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? My proudest athletic moment was winning the state and national championship last year with my team.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Anything having to do with peanut butter (peanut butter sandwich, pretzels with peanut butter) and fruit.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? Halo by Beyoncé.

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? The athlete I look up to is Merideth Jewell who was a senior last year at Mercy.  

5. What is your favorite movie quote? My favorite movie quote is "I'm kind of a big deal" from Bridesmaids.

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? My faith impacts my approach to volleyball because…. Building a relationship in the Catholic Church and with God is a lot like practicing volleyball. The more time and effort that I put into volleyball practice, the better I will play in games. Just like the more time and effort that I put into my faith, the closer I feel with the church.

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? My favorite cartoon character is any character off of Finding Nemo.

8. All-time favorite board game? My all-time favorite board game is Scrabble.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone – Favorite app: Instagram.

10. What is your favorite local restaurant? My favorite local restaurant is Fiesta Time on Bardstown Road.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? My favorite reality tv show is The Kardashians.

12. What is your greatest fear? My greatest fear is spiders.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? My best quality/characteristic is being a very approachable person, and I'm not afraid to talk to anyone!

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Mac n Cheese.

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? My favorite hour of the day is 2:00 because that is when my sister and I get out of school and it's the perfect time of day!

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? I don't really have a nickname, however sometimes people will call me Ash.

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? My favorite place to volunteer is the Wesley House Day Care. I absolutely love the kids that are there and I love being somewhere where I know I am making a difference.

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? One hidden talent that I possess is my artistic abilities.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? I would travel backwards and see what my parents were like at my age, and what everyone did without relying on their cell phones.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would ask my Grandma (she's alive): If you had one piece of advice to give me that I could base my future off of, what would it be?
