Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

On a weekly basis, Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic is proud to sponsor the "20 Questions" that will feature a high school student-athlete in the local Catholic high school community. Current school: DeSales High School

Current Sports playing: Football and baseball.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? Winning back to back state titles in football.

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Snickers and a Gatorade.

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond.

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? I would say Brandon Phillips because he’s an exciting player to watch and so smooth in the field.

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “Remember kid, there’s heroes and there’s legends.  Heroes get remembered but legends never die, follow your heart kid, and you’ll never go wrong.” – The Sandlot.

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? My faith in God has allowed me to have faith in myself and my teammates. It has taught me to never give up and always believe.  

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Peter Griffin from Family Guy.

8. All-time favorite board game? Clue.

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone, Twitter.

10. What is your favorite local restaurant? Hoops.

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? Impractical Jokers.

12. What is your greatest fear? Drowning.

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? I would say my ability to adapt to most situations.

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Skittles.

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? 9 p.m. It’s usually about the time I start to wind down and relax.

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? My teammates have always called me “Tuck.”

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? I like to help out at my grandparent’s houses. It lets me spend time with them and gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m helping them with stuff they might not be able to do on their own.  

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? I can juggle.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? I would go back in time. I’d try to fix any major mistakes I had made, and I would invent something that would make a lot of money.

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would ask Shoeless Joe Jackson if he really threw the 1919 World Series and if so why.
