Since 1974 the Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic has served the local area for orthopaedic problems and musculosketal issues. The sports medicine program has team physicians for local high schools which provide sports physicals and urgent care for athletes.

1. What is your proudest athletic moment? Winning back to back football state championships.  

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? A Pop-Tart and CapriSun.  

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? “I Don’t Know My Name” – Grace VanderWaal. 

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? Albert Pujols. He is a great player who is humble and cares for the community.  

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “We're moving into the valley of the shadow of death, where you will watch the back of the man next to you, as he will watch yours. And you won't care what color he is, or by what name he calls God. They say we're leaving home. We're going to what home was always supposed to be.” –We Were Soldiers  

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? My faith actively reminds me to be thankful that I can play sports.    

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Probably Ed, or Edd, maybe Eddie.  

8. All-time favorite board game? Chutes and Ladders  

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone. The App Store.  

10. What is your favorite local restaurant? Bearno’s Pizza  

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? Cops.

12. What is your greatest fear? Stepping on a LEGO®.  

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? I’m open-minded  

14. Favorite junk/comfort food? Chicken and dumplings  

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? All, because I live in America 

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Dusty. My dance moves are dirty.   

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? Americana

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? No hidden talent.

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one - to travel forward or backward - which would you select and why? Travel forward so I can visit mars.         

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? Tom Hanks. What was in the package that saved your life in Cast Away?
