The ninth football week has arrived as the regular season starts to wind down. The playoffs start in two weeks, hard to believe that the season has flown by, but it has.

Washington County at DeSales, 7:30 p.m.

Note: DeSales stats only include the first six games of the season.

DeSales quarterback: Aaron Pfaadt - 55 of 100 for 803 yards, seven touchdown, two interceptions, and 53 rushes for 287 yards and nine touchdowns.

Washington County quarterback: Jacob Yates - 27 of 54 for 389 yards, three touchdowns, and seven interceptions.

DeSales running backs: Darren Hollenkamp - 44 rushes for 219 yards and one touchdown and Antoine Johnson - 92 rushes for 496 yards and four touchdowns.

Washington County running backs: Jbias Dawson - 1009 yards rushing on 116 carries and 16 touchdowns and Jatavian Churchill - 31 rushes for 536 yards and five scores.

DeSales wide receivers: Jayden Scroggins - 10 catches for 160 yards and one touchdown, Antoine Johnson - 13 catches for 189 yards and two touchdowns, and Demitri Scott - 13 catches for 197 yards and three touchdowns.

Washington County wide receivers: Jatavian Churchill - Six catches for 165 yards and a score and Javontae Wright - Seven receptions for 102 yards and a touchdown.

Top DeSales defensive players: Darren Hollenkamp - 32 tackles and one fumble recovery and Amos Griffith - 26 tackles.

Washington County defensive players: Miguel Alacantara - 81 tackles, six for a loss and Jatavian Churchill - Five interceptions.

St. Xavier at Male, 7:30 p.m.

St. X quarterback: Keegan Sullivan - 78 of 120 for 823 yards, eight touchdowns, and six interceptions and Douglas Bohdaine - 33 of 47 for 439 yards, two touchdowns, and four interceptions and 27 rushes for 249 yards and six touchdowns.

Male quarterback: Garrett Dennis - 83 of 117 for 1,316, 21 touchdowns, and two interceptions and 64 carries for 342 yards and four touchdowns.

St. X running backs: Anthony Moretti - 84 rushes for 344 yards and five touchdowns and 16 catches for 193 yards and a score and Logan Davis - 25 rushes for 236 yards and two scores.

Male running backs: Quantrell Wright - 388 yards on 64 carries and five touchdowns and Jaylin Bross - 34 rushes for 219 yards and three scores.

Top St. X wide receivers: Aric Lyons - 22 catches for 249 yards and a touchdown, Andre Coleman - Seven catches for 178 yards and two touchdowns, and Grant Goodman - 13 catches for 153 yards and a touchdown.

Top Male wide receivers: Izayah Cummings - 26 catches for 382 yards and six scores and Geremiah Edison 11 catches for 242 yards and two scores.

Top St. X defensive players: Patrick Owen - 55 tackles, four for a loss and Richard Bascom - 38 tackles, six for a loss.

Frankfort at Holy Cross, 7 p.m.

Holy Cross quarterback: Jaren McDonald - 68 of 128 passes for 794 yards, seven touchdowns, one interception, and has rushed for 258 yards on 66 carries and three touchdowns.

Frankfort quarterback: John Tillman - 55 of 114 for 1,183 yards, 12 touchdowns, and one interception and and 57 rushes for 377 yards and four scores.

Holy Cross running backs: Bricklen Avdevich - 253 yards rushing and one touchdown on 34 carries, and Lex Thomas - 30 rushes for 216 yards and two scores

Frankfort running backs: DaJuan Davis - 48 rushes for 379 yards and seven touchdowns and Christian Goins - 31 rushes for 191 yards and three touchdowns.

Top Holy Cross receivers: Gavin Foushee - 22 catches for 342 yards and four scores and Barrett Emberton - 10 catches for 112 yards and one touchdown.

Top Frankfort receivers: Jevon Bush - 16 catches for 425 yards and nine scores and DaJuan Davis - 12 catches for 218 yards and two touchdowns.

Top Holy Cross defensive players: Kevin Davidson - Two fumble recoveries and Barrett Emberton - Three interceptions.

Top Frankfort defensive players: Lyndell Wiley - 55 tackles and Ronnie Moore - Five interceptions.

Trinity at Seneca, 7:30 p.m.

Trinity running backs: Geremiah Smith - 81 carries for 422 yards and four scores and Luke McGuire - 88 yards rushing on 25 carries and one touchdown, Carter Martin - 57 carries for 373 yards and seven scores.
