The softball district tournaments start Monday. Those who make it to their district championship game automatically qualify for next week’s regional tournaments.

Holy Cross is looking to get back on top of the 21st District after being stunned by Pleasure Ridge Park last season. If the Cougars win, it’ll be their fifth district title in six years.

Mercy is looking to win their second straight 24th District title and is the heavy favorite to do. The Jaguars outscored their district opponents 33-1 during the regular season.

Presentation is looking to stun Manual and should make it to the 25th District title game with relative ease having beaten Portland Christian 15-0 in the regular season.

Assumption is in a two-team district and has already qualified for the Seventh Region Tournament.

Sacred Heart is hoping to win its second straight district title and is the favorite to do so having beaten their district opponents 37-3 during the regular season.
