High School GPA: 4.05

 

1.What is your proudest athletic moment? Winning All A with my softball team 

 

2. What is your ideal meal/snack before a game? Chick-fil-a

 

3. If you were trying out for American Idol, what would be your "go to" song? Unfortunately I wasn’t blessed with a singing voice and those of you who know me would agree but if I was it would be “Wondering" by Olivia Rodrigo and Julia Lester 

 

4. Which athlete do you look up to on a college/professional level? Why? I look up to Adam Duvall. He is my half sisters cousin and he went to Butler, this just makes me realize that if you continue to work hard you can do something, be something, he was one of us not to long ago.

 

5. What is your favorite movie quote? “I think we dream so we don’t have to be apart for so long. If we’re in each other’s dreams, we can be together all the time.”

6. How does your faith impact your approach to sports? I know that all make mistakes. It's part of the game and a part of life. We learn from out mistakes and continue to grow from there. And knowing that God is there to guide us in the right direction and he will always be there for us when we fall we can get back up shake it off and continue playing the game. It's a feeling of comfort.

 

7. What is your favorite cartoon character? Winnie the Pooh

 

8. All-time favorite board game? It would most definitely be a tie between The Game of Life and Candy Land

 

9. Droid, iPhone, or Blackberry? Favorite app? iPhone, Facebook

 

10. What is your favorite local restaurant? Jeff’s Burger Shack

 

11. What is your favorite reality TV show? Don’t really watch much reality TV but my favorite TV show would be Heartland

 

12. What is your greatest fear? Time

 

13. What is your best quality/characteristic? Kind & Creative

 

14. Favorite junk/comfort food?  Gummy Bears

 

15. What is your favorite hour of the day? Why? The hour before practice where my team and I get to talk about our days and catch up with one another

 

16. What is your nickname and how did you get it? Bear- my mom has always called me that ever since I was little, Speedy Doss- old coach and good friends step dad gave it to me to be sarcastic as in I am not very fast, pancake- given to me when I was around 10 from an old coach when I slid into home and got squashed by a freakishly large catcher for a girl her age

17. Where is your favorite place to volunteer/provide community service? Hope City Church

 

18. What is one hidden talent that you possess? I can bake 

 

19. If time machines were real, and you could choose just one to travel forward or backward which would you select and why? Backward to see family members I never got to meet

 

20. If you could pick one person, dead or alive, and ask them just one question that they had to answer honestly, who would you pick and what would you ask? I would pick my great grandmother and ask her what her and my grandmas favorite thing was to do together so I could continue to do that with her.
